Booking 

We strive to make booking convenient by offering appointments via: 

  • Phone

  • Text messaging

  • Social media messaging 

  • Email

At the time of booking, we require a valid phone number for text reminders that are sent at the time of booking, 3 days prior to your appointment and 1 day prior to your appointment. 

We also require a valid card number to secure your appointment.

Nothing will be charged unless there is a violation of our cancellation policy.

 

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24-hour notice in the event you need to cancel an appointment.  If we are not at the front desk when you call to cancel, please leave a message. 

If you cancel with less than a 24-hour notice, a flat fee of $50 will be charged to your card on file and credited to your account for use at your next appointment within 30 days. 

If you do not cancel or attend your appointment, your card will be charged a non-refundable fee of $50.

If you are late to your appointment without prior notification, we may need to reschedule which would also incur a last minute cancellation fee.

 

Refund Policy

All service sales are final. Complimentary consultations are offered before every appointment to discuss time expectations and results.  We are dedicated to fulfilling any and all realistic expectations set during the consultation. Complimentary follow-up appointments are recommended to ensure client satisfaction.   

All product sales are final, except in the event of an allergic reaction. Consults for products and directions on usage are always available.
